Wyoming Icons

Wyoming is a very special place.  Susan and I moved here in 1982 and we continue to enjoy living here.  Below are a few iconic images of Wyoming, ending with a few photos of the Snowy Range (just 35 miles or so from Laramie) where we picnic, hike, ski, and simply hang out.

The image of cowboy riding a bucking horse appears everywhere in Wyoming, from state license plates to the Welcome to Wyoming signage greeting travelers as they enter the State.  Fanning a Twister, sculpture by Peter Fillerup, campus University of Wyoming
